Ashok Jain
Ashok, brings over two decades of experience with successful business startups in the networking industry to TeraBurst. A veteran to the Silicon Valley technology scene, he was the founder and CEO of Internet Devices Inc. a developer of high-performance, data policy management systems, sold to Alcatel in 1999. Prior to Internet Devices, Ashok was part of the founding team of NexGen Microsystems Inc., a developer of Intel x86 compatible microprocessors. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) acquired NexGen Microsystems in 1995. Ashok holds an MS degree in Computer Technology from IIT New Delhi.

Naren Gupta
Prior to becoming vice chairman for Wind River, Dr. Naren Gupta co-founded and was a director of Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI), where he was president from ISI's formation in 1980 to 1994, as well as chief executive officer from 1988 to 1994.
He was elected a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers in November 1991. Dr. Gupta also serves on the boards of Digital Link Corporation, a data communications and wide-area networking equipment manufacturer, and three privately held companies. Dr. Gupta holds an M.S. in engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in engineering from Stanford University.
